Daniel Mora brings us a really comprehensive, honest, and easy-to-read guide to losing weight in a healthy way with Once and For All! I really like how this guide gets away from ‘dieting’ and instead focuses on healthy versus unhealthy. We see this throughout the different easy-to-navigate sections of the book (sections are laid out with guides to Food, Lifestyle, Mindset, and a Body Type Action Plan). It’s nice to see a very positive guide geared towards health that takes an honest look at where you’re at and where you’d like to be. It was interesting looking through the meal planning (this guide made meal planning much simpler than many I’ve seen) but also seeing how this integrates with changing your thought process and generating an exercise routine. I loved that integration, which is very needed when it comes to successful weight loss, and the conversational tone and positive presentation made this a very uplifting read!
