Terry Lister lets us continue our exploration of Africa with the wonderful guide Let’s Go to Gabon, Cameroon, and Namibia! I’m a huge fan of Lister’s guides for their easy-to-read format and their personal feel. Lister blends a nice balanced mix in this guide by exploring some of the more touristy things, and then getting off the beaten path and diving into nature and the local culture. That deeper look at local cultures in these diverse countries is one of my favorite parts, and Lister writes in a way that you feel you’re there with him.
