I found this book to be deep and loved its message of hope! It was interesting reading the early portions of the book where we got a look at the history of affirmations and the belief around them, along with the science linking positive outlook and personal health. I personally believe in building up others and integrate that into my daily life, and I love how this book teaches you to focus that energy inward as well, training the brain to heal and build up itself. This is a wonderfully uplifting read, so definitely come breeze through it if you’re looking to Find Joy, Cultivate Peace, and Live Well!
