Elizabeth Jade stumbled into writing at the age of fourteen when she began to struggle with depression and anxiety. It wasn’t until the age of eighteen that she realised her struggles in school had been due to Aspergers Syndrome (an autistic spectrum disorder). She has always had a passion for animals and has volunteered at various animal rescues, so it seemed only natural that her stories would revolve around them.
Akea is a Siberian husky who was born into a family of sled dogs and a life which should have followed a predictable path, but from the day she first saw the lone wolf, Akea knew her future lay beyond the safety of her home. The wolf, Kazakh was well aware of Akea’s destiny and the traditions he would break to help her reach it. His task was to make sure Akea would be ready, no matter what the cost.
In ‘Akea – The Power of Destiny,’ you go through every part of Akea’s emotional and heartfelt journey to discover who she is and what she is destined to become. It is a sensitive and heartening story that will remind you of Jack London’s ‘Call of the Wild’. This story of self-discovery, loyalty and hope, will be the first in a series of stories for this unique husky. Having an autistic spectrum disorder has been a challenge for this young author in many ways and she is grateful for the support she is receiving from so many different people.

“Challenges are gifts that force us to search for a new center of gravity. Don’t fight them. Just find a new way to stand.”― Oprah Winfrey “There’s nothing as exciting as a comeback – seeing someone with dreams, watching them fail, and then getting a second chance” -Rachel Griffiths
I am sure we have faced unexpected situations, at some stage in our life. Life has always been unpredictable for everyone. Be it a child or the most powerful person, no one is spared! Things do not turn out as we predict them to be. This is true for every profession and individual. The most successful man or woman will vouch for the above statements. It also holds true for every relationship, at some point in our lives. As parents, when we raise our children or hold on to a failing relationship, these unpredictable situations follow us. It becomes difficult for us to overcome them. It is when failure stares at us, Clawing back seems a distant reality. A lot of us believe that it is not everyone’s cup of tea. There are a chosen few who have a strong character and stage a comeback form any situation. But our mind has other plans. A comeback is manufactured! And is the building block for a new life of hope and happiness. We all stage a comeback sooner a later but the time taken differs with every individual. The intention of writing the book is to make the reader realize the automation of thoughts in their present decision making. It will also pave way for breaking these fixed ideas which were always causing hindrances in their growth and relationship.
What a comeback! Is a semi fiction and an inspiring journey of 10 friends who go through torrid times in their lives. The book gives us an insight into the functioning of the thought processes that govern our responses both in favourable and in tough times. The stories of Sam and his friends make the readers realize that they too can be superheroes in their lives and they do not need to wait for a miracle, to come up with the right decisions in life. The book is based on the laws of neuroplasticity which have been formulated based on neuropsychology and the changes taking place in our brain. These laws were always existing in our lives but we never realized that these were making our thought process autonomous (without our conscious control). Each and every story is about a common man, his everyday problems and his tirade against the uncertainties of life. The author gives a journey into the brain of the characters and how the brain functions and overcomes difficult situations. This is the first time when someone has tried to explain the complex mechanisms of neuroscience with the help of stories. The mixture of stories and science has been carefully woven in such a way that a fiction reader who is interested in stories will gain an insight into their fixed view points and its correlation to their past events. “No one has ever achieved great heights if they have not mastered the art of the comeback.” Dr. Chirag Jain
Husband, father, author, blogger and man who seems capable of holding seven streams of nonsense in his mind at any one moment.
I’ve had two novels of supernatural fiction published, ‘The Wannabes’ and ‘Hell’s Secrets’, both of which are available on Amazon. I have various other projects on the go, in particular a huge story it will take me at least a trilogy to write, and which – as you might imagine – if taking up a huge amount of my time and energy right now.
‘The Wannabes’ is freshly published in a Kindle version this year, and will be joined by numerous short stories. The first of which – ‘Foliage’ – is already published, and sits right on the crossing point of my interests in science fiction and horror.

I live and work in Chester County, Pennsylvania, an area rich in Revolutionary War and Colonial American history. My enduring interest in 18th Century America began at a young age, inspired by the novels of Dale Van Every and Allan Eckert, whose timeless tales of adventure and romance capture the essence of early American lore. Eager to read more such stories, to my disappointment I had trouble finding them on bookshelves, so I decided to write one of my own. Thus began a journey fueled by my passion to breathe life into history through believable characters, plots woven with adventure, romance and suspense and, of course, plenty of derring-do.
I initially wanted to write a story for my children where they were the main characters, with no intentions of it being published. Since then though I have published another book on Kindle and there will be two more in the Time Travelling Clock series soon.
I am a life long jazz fan and based this book on an interview with Charles Freeman Lee, 1950s bebop jazzman – piano and trumpet. My book is called A Jazzman’s Tale and tells the story of Freeman’s life as he tries to make in on trumpet in NYC, falling in love with another jazzman’s wife. The book is replete Freeman’s jazz slang and has the authentic sound of jazz. The book is a screenplay memoir, easy to read, funny in places and contains the full text of the Interview on ajazzmanstale.com as well of vintage photographs of Wilberforce Collegians at jazz band at the oldest HBCU in the USA, Wilberforce University. Readers will learn a lot about jazz history and specific jazz tune if they care to listen as they read this one-of-a-kind authentic look at jazz.
This looks like a great site, and a nice idea. I’ll love to join and try it out, and hope for you all the best.

I’m 62 years young and started my first fantasy book in April 2017. I went to college with an intent to write full time, but became a Firefighter instead, eventually retiring as a Deputy Firs Chief. (Life got in the way.) Now I’m doing what I genuinely love, writing traditional fantasy. When not rewriting and editing, I also am writing fantasy-based short stories, usually a bit on the dark side. (Well, sometimes more than just a bit.) My NIP is the first book in a planned four-part series. If I live through the first four, maybe more, lol.

This Christian inspirational picture book is one way I want to share our amazing God with others. The book is filled with rich two page picture spreads using my photography from travels in the United States and Europe. Sections on God, Man, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, Eternity, and Today contain related Bible verses placed against these picture backdrops. My commentary introduces each section. Each photo was chosen to emphasize the message of God’s words. The sections reveal some of God’s amazing personality, His love for us, faith demonstrated by Noah and Abraham, the love and sacrifice of God’s only son Jesus, the purpose of the Holy Spirit, what happens in eternity, and uplifting encouragement for today. My proceeds are dedicated to spreading God’s Word to the homeless and displaced around the world. Each book purchased funds the procurement and delivery of a Bible to someone in need.

I am many things. A man. A soldier. Trained to kill. Born to hunt. Focused and lethal, nothing gets through the stoic control that hides my inner animal. An animal that simmers with rage and power. And that power makes me the perfect assassin. Then….. SHE invades my world. Charlotte – petite, beautiful and sexy as hell. A cop who claims a past with me that I don’t remember. At all. A dangerous distraction. My beast is captivated but suspicious, torn between wanting to sink teeth into her and…….wanting to sink teeth into her. My body craves her. But….. I don’t remember her. I don’t trust her. And I don’t trust myself around her. Who is she? Is she lying? And do I have enough control to not be blinded by her? To protect my secrets and uncover hers? And who pays the price?
The love of a good story is the reason Zelly Jordan says she had her nose in a book most of the time growing up. Escaping into a world of great love, great adventures and sexy-smexy fun times with drool-worthy heroes and feisty strong women was the highlight of every day. A lover of good coffee, cats and a good chat, with the occasional glass of wine, she lives in the most livable city in the world, Melbourne Australia with her almost grown son. Divorced and happily single, Zelly realised the danger she was facing in becoming the crazy cat lady and it was this fear, together with her love of a particular television show that lead her to give writing “a go”. She let the world in on her attempts as she went along and put it out there on the www for the world to see, if they chose. Surprisingly, they did and this is the result – her debut novel. A perfect example of what can happen if you just try. When she’s not writing or researching, she likes to spend time having a laugh with friends, watching good movies or shows and delving into the lovely world of Angels, crystals and healing. All with the added magic of music and a good espresso.
