An African fantasy based on the Angola folklore of the kishi! The Kishi—shape-shifting demons who lure young women to gruesome deaths. They can’t be real, can they? Something has slain a villager, and the locals point their fingers at Amana, a pacifist monk running from his dark past. But Amana knows there’s something else, something much darker, lurking in the village. Can he save the village, his name, and his principles? To save one would mean the sacrifice of the others, if he has the strength.
I’ve been writing for years, before I even had any dreams of somehow publishing books. I probably have more ideas than I can ever put to paper (I calculated, it would take longer than my lifetime). I love writing science fiction, fantasy, light-hearted mysteries, and sometimes things that are a little of each. I have parallel dimensions (In Dreams), dark forests permeated by magical creatures and a world where death isn’t an immediate end (Grace), and “fake” magicians just hiding in plain sight (Cameras Tell No Lies). The stories and their characters are usually a little bit weird, a little bit dark, and a little bit hopeful, and anyone who can relate to that probably will find a kindred spirit somewhere in those pages.

CeDany is a former Document Specialist who became a full-time mother, then turned to full-time writing. Became Indie Writer/Author from the beginning, as her writings did not copy anyone’s styles. It’s never been done in this fashion, so, unique!
She lives in a wee village by the Clyde in beautiful leafy Scotland with her husband and four children (2 Humans and 2 Kittens – smile!). On 21 January 2017, her beloved son and youngest passed away, aged 26, after spending 3 months and 20 days in hospital. Gone too young, too soon, sadly missed Sonshine called Georges. An aggressive cancer that couldn’t be beaten…

Shakira had never felt at home growing up in Surrey, but as soon as she entered the quaint Welsh village she knew she belonged. Maybe it was because of the welcoming villagers. Or perhaps it was the presence of the others whom she sensed nearby; the ones she saw in her dreams, with their strange glowing eyes.
Fate is not always kind. It gives with one hand and takes with the other. There is a reason she didn’t grow up with her own kind.
A rich tale of witchcraft, fae, sorcery, elinefae and dragons; this is a story for all who dare to believe.

C. Craig Coleman
C. Craig Coleman grew up in the small Eastern North Carolina town of Kinston in the golden age of youth. Back then, kids dashed out the door on Saturday morning, took to bicycles, and explored the world around them unrestrained, only returning home for dinner in the late afternoon. He scampered over fields and swampy low grounds, investigating and collecting anything that moved and half the flora he came across. That gave him the knowledge of the natural world that backgrounds histories. He attended college at the University of North Carolina atChapel Hill and graduated with a BA degree in Ancient and European history. He served his country in the Vietnam War, repairing the display computers on the Air Force’s F111D aircraft, though not in the Vietnam theater. Then he audited agriculture courses at North Carolina StateUniversity for a year before returning to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating with a Masters of BusinessAdministration. A long career in the textile industry ended with a company buyout in the imploding industry. Finding himself looking’outside the box’ for future options, a seed suggestion to write down some stories, planted by a professor of literature in his youth, germinated. He decided to write a fantasy story, with no inkling it would lead on to the greatest adventure of his life. With the success of his six-book Neuyokkasinian Arc of Empire epic fantasy series, Coleman decided to expand his writing repertoire and begins here with TheRattling Crate.

When Kristi isn’t riding her Harley or working her day job, you can find her in front of her computer, hammering out exciting stories with a bit of romance and a lot of action and suspense. Although she has honed her writing craft for 30+ years, she only published her first book in 2012. Her strange and varied work history – from hotel housekeeper, car wash attendant, insurance underwriter, electronics assembly line worker, data entry tech, blueberry nursery shipping coordinator, local delivery driver, and truck driver/owner of her own trucking company – gives her a broad base from which to build characters and storylines. Now a billing specialist for The Arc of Lane County, she supports those who care for people with disabilities while she pursues her writing career in earnest. She got married for the first time at 38, wisely skipped being a mommy and went straight to Grandma.

Leslie W P Garland
The Norwegian philosopher Arne Ness said, “The best aspect of a book is not the thoughts it contains, but the thoughts it unleashes.” So yes, my stories contain thoughts, but I hope they also unleash the thoughts of my readers. “The Red Grouse Tales” are four tales told in the Red Grouse Inn. They have similar themes running through them – good and evil, philosophy and religion, a sprinkling of fantasy and a good dash of mystery (something like; C S Lewis meets Jostein Gaarder and Henry James? – though comparisons are hard to make) – but are all very different and so should provide something for everyone who likes to think about what they are reading.
The four tales are:- The Little Dog – a story of good and evil, and retribution. The Crow – a poignant tale of misunderstanding, dying, blame and bitterness. The Golden Tup – a dreadful tale of paradise being cruelly taken by latent evil. The White Hart – a happy ghost story, if there can be such a thing! I usually say my stories are for adult readers because they do contain occasional references to sex, sometimes a tiny bit of bad language, and are not “all action” from page 1. However, they ought to be suitable for NA and quite possibly YA as well. Available from Amazon.

Ed Ireland was born in Philadelphia on September 29, 1954. In January of 1955, the hospital he was born in was torn down. Presumably, they didn’t want anything like that happening again. His adolescence was shaped in Catholic school where the proper use of the common language was the only thing that mattered to the short but strong nuns. In 1972 he joined the military where his wanderlust surfaced. He has since called many places home such as Texas, California, Nevada, Colorado, Pennsylvania New Jersey, New York and North Carolina while on his way to his current home in Miami, Florida. He claims his penchant for wandering is now at an end here in the shadows of Hemingway. Along this great and wondrous trip, he has collected memories of some of the most beautiful scenery this country has to offer. He has also met a veritable kaleidoscope of colorful characters that make up the tapestry of his work. Along with his scenic visions, each character in his works carries some part of people he has known in his life, both good and bad. On the personal side of his life, he is the proud father of two, a rabid Philadelphia Eagles fan, a self-confessed video game addict and a proud supporter of wildlife issues. His particular issue is support for the wolf programs across the country. He encourages support for these magnificent animals and donates a portion of each sale to Runningwiththewolves.org.

I’m 62 years young and started my first fantasy book in April 2017. I went to college with an intent to write full time, but became a Firefighter instead, eventually retiring as a Deputy Firs Chief. (Life got in the way.) Now I’m doing what I genuinely love, writing traditional fantasy. When not rewriting and editing, I also am writing fantasy-based short stories, usually a bit on the dark side. (Well, sometimes more than just a bit.) My NIP is the first book in a planned four-part series. If I live through the first four, maybe more, lol.

Songs of Insurrection https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0192DPDR0/
Twin girls discover a mystical world contained within a crumbling mosaic, and they must restore it before an evil witch seizes its power, even if doing so could tear their family apart. Secrets. It all started while looking for secret passages. Chloe Tozier’s impulsive twin, Zoe, insisted that all old mansions had them. Grandma denied the existence of any here. Except for the boarded-up service elevator that she conveniently forgot to mention before the girls discovered it, the elevator that didn’t seem to go anywhere. They had been living in this private museum with their grandparents since the death of their parents during an archaeology trip to Egypt. Mysteries. Why have a museum in a tiny town in the middle of Kansas when what’s on display is nothing unusual? Sometimes packages arrived wrapped in plain brown paper that the girls never saw again. Grandpa disappeared overnight and they haven’t heard from him since. And before going to Egypt their parents had mentioned something about a mysterious mosaic. Maybe Zoe was right about family secrets. Maybe it was time to dig further.
Proud author responsible for Dead by Morning and The Council, fascinated by the dark and macabre. Stephen King is her all time inspiration mixed in with a little bit of Eminem and some faint remnants of the works of Edgar Allen Poe. When she began writing, she started in horror but it somehow drifted into thriller. She loves the 1988 movie Heathers. She was born and raised in Michigan but traveled across the country to where she currently resides in Texas.
She has ideas for books in many genres that she hopes to write and publish in the future.
The Council is the governing Coven over the Land of Five, a region entirely inhabited—and split apart—by witches with varying powers. Lilith Lace, a witch thought to be born powerless, happily resides in Ignis, the Coven of Fire, until she suddenly develops telekinesis, an ability only seen in some witches born in Mentis, the Coven of the Mind. When The Council finds out about her odd development, she’s taken under their wing and is finally told the truth—everything she’s learned about the Land of Five, herself included, have been nothing but lies.
My name is David Kummer, and I live in Madison, Indiana, which is a small town on the Ohio River. There’s lots of history and creepy places, which have influenced my writings. In my book SHE, most of the places and buildings are based off similar settings here in my home town, although I’ve changed them so you wouldn’t know really if I didn’t tell you.
I would love to get to know you better, so email me at email@example.com or check out my blog at davidkummer.com. I’m always glad to give out review copies (always most of the time), but love it even more if you pick up a copy to buy. They’re all cheap. Reviews are super appreciated.
For real, message me either on there or here. I love getting to know people and talking books, sports, favorite foods (mmmm) or whatever your area of interest is.
You can’t hide from magic when it’s in your blood ….
When Allaigna was seven she almost sang her baby brother to sleep — forever. She may be heir to neither her mother’s titles nor her secrets, but she has inherited her grandmother’s dangerous talent for singing music into magic.
Allaigna’s Song: Overture is a love story, a family saga, and a coming-of-age novel that braids together the stories of daughter, mother, and grandmother into a rich and deftly-woven narrative.

The Lion of Ackbarr
A girl fights to contain her inner beast. “Primal forest, dim light and the muscular grace of a large predator sliding through the undergrowth. Mika twitched, caught up in her dream. Gnats swarmed above the moss coated pools. The crashing of beasts in the distance and the humming of bees. She threaded her way through, blinking in the green light.” Fifteen year old Mika is to be married to a foreign boy she has only met once, despite her family mourning the recent disappearance of her twin brother, Kaylan. Forced to live in a strange land far from her home in Cassai, she is resigned to her life as a lady until the day she discovers her new family dead around her. Mika escapes and disguises herself to travel to Ackbarr, struggling to deal with her strange changing as she attempts to find her brother.
hi, I am Leo. I am 50 years of age and live in Bristol in the UK with my girlfriend of 30 years and our cat Archimedes. I don’t eat meat and adore all animals especially the feline of the species. I suffer with extreme emotional distress disorder and rapid cycling bipolar disorder and find my writing/drawing/reading very therapeutic. I write Fantasy and Fiction novels. The genre is very much Fighting Fantasy and Dungeons and Dragons but, novels not RPG’s. Kandor The Warrior is the first in a saga I am working on. The sequel is half done. In his quest for justice and peace, faced with incredible odds and with time running out, only Kandor has the ability to stop Morgana’s plan to take Cerminian for herself and bring with it the Kingdom’s inevitable destruction. I also write poetry and currently working on an illustrated poetry book. I love nature and strongly believe that All life is precious. All humans; all life; are connected regardless of nationality, religion, colour, creed or persuasion. I also believe that all chaos is by design.
Have you ever had a dream you couldn’t shake? It got under you skin and followed you through the rest of your day. Maybe it returned the next night, or even years later. That’s the story of my writing career. Literature has always been an important part of my life, whether as a reader or a writer. I particularly love clean young adult stories with at least a touch (or more) of magic and romance, which also happens to be what I write. Between writing and chasing kids, I enjoy doing all things book. You can find out more at: www.AngeLeya.com
My first novel, The Demon Sonatas, Book One, takes place in a reality where angels and demons live fairly normal lives here on earth. A power hungry demon impregnates a human and sires a Nephilim. Reputed to have special powers far in excess of a normal demon this child becomes the focus of a nationwide search by the angels, the demons, a special unit of the FBI and a secret society within the Vatican. Also interested is his uncle, a Catholic priest and professor who is aided in his quest by a demon princess./ Along the way the unlikely pair fall in love and risk all to save the child and to stay together.
I sincerely hope that anyone who reads my book enjoys themselves and I look forward to feedback both positive and negative.
My name is Jennifer and I am a young fantasy author. I’ve always loved to read and a bit over a year ago, after I finished school, I started writing myself. In the beginning of July I published my first book called ‘The Gifted: The four Kingdoms’ on Amazon which was one of the most exciting moments for me. I love fantasy, scifi, romance and thrillers and am open to new genres as well.
I have recently published my first novel ‘The Relics of Aiden’ on amazon. It is a magical adventure story about four friends with magical abilities.

Currently living in colorful Colorado, Aurora is working hard at getting all of her ideas out to the public. With the aid of music, reading, some art, and friends, she’s going to get this done. Yes, there are many genres she plans to be under, but that’s because those stories are still in the writing process, along with every other story that needs work. Happy reading!!

I’ve been writing seriously since I was 15 and publishing my own work since 2012. I started with ‘zines and the moved on to do a pulp fiction action adventure crime novel series called The Bartender. The books take the titular character and explore a world of genres. I have another series called Lazlo, which follows the exploits of globe trotting super operative Lazlo. James Maxstadt lives in Burlington, NC, with his lovely wife Barbara, and their dog Manny. They own an old home, built in 1937, which they are slowly renovating room by room. James is doing all of the work, thanks to his father William, a home builder in upstate NY, who taught him the necessary skills. In addition to home renovation, James loves to read, with a particular fondness for fantasy and science-fiction, and counts Terry Pratchett, Glenn Cook, and of course, JRR Tolkien as major influences. He writes fun, fast-paced fantasy, and is the creator of the Duke Grandfather Saga, of which the first two are currently published.
Blurb: A senator’s son is found dead in his bed, with a look of extreme agony on his face and strange tattoos all over his body. Enter Felix the Fox: neither a traditional detective nor a traditional magician – but something in between.
This is a story of Togas, Daggers and Magic – for lovers of Murder Mysteries, Ancient Rome and Urban Fantasy.
Bio: Assaph has had his nose in a book since he was five, and had to yell at the librarian that he can read already so he could get a card. With a rather diverse taste in reading – from fantasy to philosophy, from ancient times to the far future – his first novel Murder In Absentia is an “historically-themed urban high-fantasy hardboiled murder mystery, with just a dash of horror”.
Assaph now lives in Sydney, Australia with his wife Julia, four kids and two cats. By day he is a software product manager, bridging the gap between developers and users, and by night he’s writing – he seems to do his best writing after midnight.

Hi, I am an author, my book is fantasy, based on ancient India, it is the first part of a trilogy.
I am a 16-year veteran in the US Army. I’m an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) officer. I began writing during my second deployment after seeing so many stories that were derivatives of other stories. I decided I should try and do something different. My first book series, Bystanders, is about a city with a growing superhero population. The main hero’s identity isn’t known by the characters nor the readers. The story is told from the perspective of the various “innocent” bystanders, including cops, paramedics, surgeons, media, drug dealers, mob bosses, and fanboys. I’m a father of three and a husband of 12 years. My other hobbies include movies, video games, and adrenaline-inducing activities such as roller coasters and skydiving.

In 2007, the Italian translation of her novella “Looking Through Lace” won the “Premio Italia” award for best international work. THE ABODE, a middle-grade fantasy, is my debut book. I launched on Amazon (Kindle, KU, and PB) in November 2017. So far, adults are enjoying this book as much as kids. Much to my surprise!
THE ABODE Fel is the only child who has ever escaped from the Abode, a workhouse for chidren, hidden from the world inside thick, swirling mists. Fel finds a home with a family of reformed pirates, but the discovery of a magical object from her former life sends her back to the Abode to rescue her friend Molly. Fel’s reappearance sets in motion an adventure that goes far beyond saving one girl. A coming-of-age story for anyone 8 or older, The Abode offers readers a complex fantasy complete with pirates, dragons, and the Abode’s children, who discover who and what they really are.
I’ve always been afraid of the dark. As a child, I was certain I knew where the monsters in my closet hid, so I didn’t go in there after sunset. Nothing much has changed over the years. I don’t have the same closet anymore, but there are always new closets, shower curtains hiding whatever’s lurking in the tub, dark hallways, noises in the night, and, well, darkness. Maybe that’s why I’ve always been drawn to fantasy. All of that braving of the darkness in spite of monsters, evil wizards, huge dark chasms … and the heroes almost always start out as regular folks (Harry and Hermione, Frodo, Katniss Everdeen, Buffy). Fantasy stories scare me, thrill me, teach me, and give me hope. Most importantly they entertain me. I hope The Abode will entertain you as well. Perhaps, if you’re like me, some of your fear of the dark will dissipate after reading this book. I hope so.

I’m a DARK FANTASY author, and you can find me on my website (http://andypeloquin.com/)
I am, first and foremost, a storyteller and an artist–words are my palette. Fantasy is my genre of choice, and I love to explore the darker side of human nature through the filter of fantasy heroes, villains, and everything in between. I’m also a freelance writer, a book lover, and a guy who just loves to meet new people and spend hours talking about my fascination for the worlds I encounter in the pages of fantasy novels.
Fantasy provides us with an escape, a way to forget about our mundane problems and step into worlds where anything is possible. It transcends age, gender, religion, race, or lifestyle–it is our way of believing what cannot be, delving into the unknowable, and discovering hidden truths about ourselves and our world in a brand new way. Fiction at its very best!
Vicious, ruthless criminals are made, not born. Child of the Night Guild—an insight into the transformation from innocent child to thief and killer.

Thrown into a life among criminals, she has no time for grief as she endures the brutal training of an apprentice thief. The Night Guild molds an innocent waif into a cunning, agile outlaw skilled in the thieves’ trade. She has only one choice: steal enough to pay her debts.
The cutthroat streets of Praamis will test her mettle, and she must learn to dodge the City Guards or swing from a hangman’s rope. But a more dangerous foe lurks within the guild walls. A sadistic rival apprentice, threatened by her strength, is out for blood.
What hope does one girl have in a world of ruthless men?
Hello. I am an author of fantasy (mostly) and have several books out. The link I provided will take you to my Amazon author page, which showcases all my books. The primary book I want to bring to your attention is Legacy of Dragonwand, a trilogy. Here is a description of the first book.
Over 1000 years ago, nearly all the ancient wizards were destroyed after the Wizard Wars. However, the one who started the War still remains, having worked his will in secret. If he can find the last Dragonwand, he will regain his powers as the dark dragon. Unaware of the Dragonwand or the betrayer, sixteen-year-old Markus is looking for a wizard who will give him a letter of recommendation for the College of Wizardry. During his journey, he stumbles upon Tolen the Wise, who sends Markus on a quest to end the darkness and find the Dragonwand before it gets into the wrong hands.
My name is Alexander Pink and the first book of the series is Bennu Strand: The World inside Book One. The Bennu Bird is the progenitor of the mythological Phoenix and a key element in the Kemetic Story of Creation. One of the components I explore is the idea humanity, in ages long past, may have attained heights of technological achievement that was lost to cataclysm and evidence concealed by the hands of time. I guarantee avid readers of sci-fi/fantasy will find a unique and original work with concepts rarely found in the Science Fiction/Fantasy genre, if at all. While the majority of science fiction which tends to have limits with writers adhering to long-held, commonplace sci-fi elements, my story explores alternative scientific theories and social concepts based on an ancient mythology recently rediscovered and currently being explored by society.

I started writing full time in 2012 after years of denying my desire to be creative. I’m a military wife so it’s always a question of what city will I move to next? To keep active I participate in 5km races and hope to graduate to marathons and possibly Spartans one day. I adore immortals, magic, and dragons, I enjoy TV entirely to much, and video games just the right amount. My adoration for magic and dragons can be seen clearly in my Mechanical Dragons series and my love for immortals in my Guardians books.

My name is Raja and I am a first time author from India. I have just released my first fantasy novel, Age of Azmoq: The Valantian Imperium, which is the first of a 5 part Age of Azmoq series.
Azmoq is the rarest and most coveted metal on the planet. It’s the ultimate source and symbol of real power, and the Valantian Imperium controls it all. Or so they thought… For the first time in generations, the Valantian Imperium, masters of the Valantian continent glimpse the first tremors of fear. There are rumors abound. Rumors of legends. Legends of both ancient Azmoqian weapons and men of godly powers, long thought to be myths. As these rumors grow, a small group of people, from various walks of life, some commoners, some within the mighty Valantian Imperium itself, by pure coincidence, have set in motion a chain of events. The legends, if true, along with these set of events, might reignite the flames of a revolution. A revolution the Imperium had long suppressed. A revolution that might alter the balance of power in the continent, and eventually the entire world…
Originally from the United Kingdom, I now reside in Germany, although I freely admit to having part of my heart left in Wales. I am the author of the fantasy series, World of Wraidd Elfennol, and also the contemporary, women’s fiction novella, Disjointed Lives. Whilst a writer mainly in the fantasy genre, I am more than happy to share my love of reading amongst the many different genres out there, and can always be found with a book close by. As well as reading and writing, I spend my time looking after my family and trying to learn German. Unfortunately, a natural aptitude for languages doesn’t appear to be one of my strong points. However, stubbornness is, so I continue to persevere. So far, I am confident enough to order a beer and a pretzel. Feel free to email me at MorganJSheppard@gmail.com or stalk me online on Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr.
Paris Singer was born in Brussels, Belgium. He has lived in the U.K. and in various places in Spain, where he currently resides. The Skull Collector: How far would you go to get your parents back? Hi there, I’m an author looking for more reviews and exposure. I have one book (Codex of Light) already available on Amazon, the first of my series “Exile of Lumin.” The sequel (book 2, “Codex of Darkness”) should be available next week. And I have a third book, “The Dreamchest” which is a stand-alone (so far) that my publisher should release later this spring. I’d be glad to work together with you on these and forthcoming books. The Exile of Lumin series takes place in the fantasy world of Codytha, and features the adventures of Dallet and Torak. Dallet is neophyte of the Luminean Exiles, a literate but oppressed people. Dallet spent his whole life at the study of wisdom and virtue, which does little when he is enslaved by Torak the Drakin. Drakin are a violent race of half-man / half-dragon hybrids, whose culture is more geared towards conquest and domination. Dallet has to not only survive and complete his errand — but also try to keep his conscious intact.
Codex of Darkness
When you and your best friend each have acquired an elicit power from a sacred book, do you retire in shame, or look for the next book?
Dallet and his friend Malvin have different ideas about what to do with their unexpected ability to look across the timescape, but difficult times among their people force even Dallet’s cautious hand. Meanwhile, Torak grapples to understand his role following the political upset that has taken place among the Dragonkin tribes, where his treacherous uncle has seemingly discovered the mystery of dragon flight and dragon fire.
Whether it comes from the Dragon god Boragh, the military might of a sprawling empire, the magic imparted by elemental spirits, or the gifts bestowed by the Divine of the Lumineans, there is power that calls to Dallet, his former Drakin captor Torak, and the friends they will meet along the way.
Her Secret Friend
Kaya James doesn’t think like every other culmin. In her cold, hard world, she is not looking to get married. Her overbearing mother has other plans…and so does an unexpected secret admirer. Men are not romantic, at least that’s what Kaya always thought. But the gifts keep coming and for the first time, she is wrapped up in the idea of romance. With each note received more enthralling than the next, and a little help from the Paragons watching from afar, Kaya’s heart may not be as safe from love as she once believed. (This is first in a series, but the story is standalone)

“Through Button Eyes” is a multi-genre compilation of fifteen previously unpublished short stories that will most assuredly take readers on a thrilling emotional roller-coaster ride of excitement, fear, laughter and tears. The stories range from tender coming of age to sci-fi adventure; romantic moments to brutal murder; magical fantasy to family tragedy… and one humorous zombie. This exciting anthology embraces a spectrum of genres where the seven authors skillfully integrated one seemingly innocuous plot point into every story, a button! (Genre Blends: Science-Fiction, Thriller, Dystopia, Fantasy, Horror-Comedy, Speculative-Fiction, Swashbuckler, Action/Adventure, Tragedy, Literary Fiction, Romantic Suspense, Memoir, Coming of Age, LGBT). “Through Button Eyes” was selected from thousands of national and international entries as one of the five medal finalists in the Anthology Division of the 2017 Next Generation Indie Book Awards (NGIBA). Authors: Patrick Witz, Annemarie Olsen, David Loofbourrow, Davin L. Kent, Jane Haworth, Evelina Dunn, Kathleen Coleman
Patrick Witz has from his youth always been fascinated with science, strange discoveries, technology, earth and other worldly places presented in National Geographic and Popular Mechanics. He is a steadfast believer that knowledge and imagination are a powerful combination and readily admits he will forever be a student of the arts, be it creative writing, photograph, or any other artistic interest or endeavor. In his writing, Patrick likes to blend genres and his eclectic nature leads him into a labyrinth of fictional paths. Patrick’s writing goal is to bring his written words to life in reader’s minds… therein to strum emotional cords; sculpt intriguing characters; create captivating dialogue; and paint intricate colorful settings. One can say Patrick’s diversity is the spice of his writing – sometimes sweet, every now and again bitter, often mixed with a sprinkle of humor, a pinch of peculiar flavor, and finished off with an unsuspecting or emotional twist.
